The housing’s proprietary wedge-lock shape provides mechanical constraint for the two halves during assembly, adding significant rigidity and ensuring precision alignment during welding. The locking shape extrusions of the end caps guarantee proper fitment and preparation for maximum weld effectiveness.

To further protect against corrosion, our modules are anodized, preventing galvanic reactions that can occur between dissimilar metals. Advanced Connector Technology

Our connectors, meticulously crafted by our engineering team, feature dual O-ring sealing for maximum security while eliminating the need for special tools during removal. The 12-pin connectors are designed to mate seamlessly with Deutsch DT-style plugs, ensuring an IP68 watertight rating that effectively keeps dust and moisture at bay.

Constructed from weather-resistant nylon 6, our injection-molded connectors are built for durability, lasting for years under demanding conditions. The innovative design incorporates Deutsch-style barrel pins directly molded into the core, providing a 100% sealed connection against contaminants. Plus, our modular system allows for flexible configurations—connectors, blank caps, and cable pass-throughs can fit in any angled or straight module, on either side and in any orientation.
